Our friendly and dedicated staff are committed to ensuring that participants begin their day on a positive note. Whether a participant requires minimal or extensive support to start their day, our motivated support workers are well-prepared to make the process of getting up and going out smoother. Our staff deliver a range of daily services, including safe and informed hoist assistance, assistance with dressing, personal grooming, laundry, dishwashing, showering, toileting, and dental care.

Our proficient and trained staff strictly adhere to the six R's (Right Medication, Right Person, Right Dose, Right Time, Right Route, Right Documentation) when administering medication, meticulously following the written instructions of doctors or specialists.

Esteem Care is enthusiastic about achieving new milestones alongside our participants. We actively assist participants in meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Additionally, we support exercise routines and encourage the development of good hygiene practices to foster the skills necessary for a healthy and rewarding lifestyle.
